Position Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer (Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop Expert) at S9 Studio, a specialized design agency, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create designs that not only meet user needs but also align with our brand identity and business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for rapid iterations of prototype designs based on client requirements, including effective communication with international clients. A good knowledge of graphic design is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
User-centered Design: Employ user-centered design principles to develop engaging and effective user interfaces for our digital products.
Software Expertise: Utilize your expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop as primary design tools for wireframing, prototyping, and creating pixel-perfect design mock-ups.
Design Research: Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform your design decisions.
Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes that allow for user testing and validation of design concepts. Conduct rapid iterations on prototypes based on client requirements.
International Client Communication: Effectively communicate with international clients to understand their design requirements, provide project updates, and address inquiries and feedback.
Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into the development process.
Design System Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Visual Design: Apply your expertise in typography, color theory, and layout to create visually stunning and on-brand user interfaces.
Graphic Design: Utilize your strong knowledge of graphic design principles to enhance the visual appeal and aesthetics of our digital products.
Rapid Iterations: Respond to client feedback and requirements by quickly iterating on prototype designs to meet project timelines and client expectations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop, including advanced features and collaboration tools.
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and usability best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially for interacting with international clients.
Strong knowledge of graphic design principles.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and the ability to work closely with developers is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
